What is Shock Wave (ESWT) / TECAR Therapy and how do they work?

Shock wave therapy (also known as EPAT or ESWT) delivers acoustic pressure waves to injured tissues, stimulating blood flow, tissue regeneration, and reducing pain.

TECAR therapy uses radio-frequency electromagnetic energy to generate therapeutic deep heating, enhancing cellular metabolism, healing, and reducing inflammation.

What conditions can they treat?

Shock wave therapy is effective for musculoskeletal issues like plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis or golfer’s elbow, calcific shoulder tendinitis, shin splints, and knee pain.
